Electrical Staffing was created by Phil Mussallem, President, to serve
the unique staffing needs of electrical contractors. Since 1980, Phil has been an integral
part of the personnel industry as a recruiter, trainer and manager of a national
construction staffing service. Phil is active in civic and industry organizations
